CHIA’s Provider Financial Analysis (PFA) unit is seeking a Health Policy Analyst to provide technical expertise and to support a variety of analytic projects within the unit. The PFA unit performs a variety of functions within the agency, including analyzing and reporting on the financial performance of Massachusetts hospitals and other providers. The PFA unit also closely collaborates with other CHIA units to present comprehensive publications of the Massachusetts provider landscape.

Associate Health Data Liaison - Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA)
Reporting to the Manager of Data Compliance, the Associate Health Data Liaison performs data compliance review and analysis of discharge-level data for one of the CHIA’s key data assets – the Hospital Case Mix files, as well as collection of aggregate reports from a variety of health care providers. S/he is responsible for the day to day work with the providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of data. This is a very customer focused position working with providers and the internal business units. S/he works closely with the Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures surrounding data collection to ensure the quality and timeliness of data.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Program Analyst is responsible for managing, implementing, and promoting project activities; identifying and responding to member needs; and assessing policies and programs. The Senior Program Analyst is considered a senior content expert. This position may supervise the work of Program Analysts and administrative support staff.

POSITION SUMMARY
A Lead Analyst is considered a subject matter expert with advanced knowledge and experience in an area of specialization. Lead Analysts work on complex projects and provide strategic guidance and direction to NACCHO in their areas of expertise. Lead Analysts must have strong analytical, research, and writing skills and the ability to interface with the highest level of internal and external stakeholders.
This position reports to the Director of the HIV, STI, and Viral Hepatitis program.

We are looking for a highly-motivated, self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. In addition to a high level of knowledge and experience in the development of health care quality measures, the ideal candidate must possess knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and data privacy and security policies, procedures and other requirements.
