This position serves as the Health Care Administration (HCA) manager of health care research and data analytics and quality improvement for Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP), coordinating the activities of the other Health Care Research and Quality (HRQ) managers and with other Department of Human Services (DHS) managers as their functions interface with quality improvement development, implementation and operationalization and as their functions require data driven decision support and research. The HCA Research and Data Analysis Unit conducts research and evaluation methods and software in order to provide services and cost information. The section also manages the health care quality improvement program for managed care and fee for services.
