We cordially invite you to submit your contribution to the 2016 American Health Information Management (AHIMA) Annual Convention, the premier professional association forum addressing health information management and health informatics practices, principles, theories and applications. The Call for Participation is intended to highlight the diverse interests and areas that broadly constitute the fields of Health Information Management and Health Informatics. The AHIMA Annual Convention offers health information management and health informatics practitioners, educators, students, and researchers the opportunity to share their expertise and insights and to disseminate their research, findings and recommendations. For 2016, AHIMA seeks submissions describing health information management and health informatics research and analytical approaches as well as the day to day practice and application of health information management and health informatics. The conference provides a venue for forward looking, thought-provoking, and groundbreaking discussions. The educational sessions at AHIMA 2016 are designed to offer training, information, and updates on issues vital to health information management and health informatics in the context of an ever changing and often challenging environment.
