General Job Description
Administrative, technical and supervisory work at a professional level for the Green Mountain Care Board responsible for the development of information resources required for effective policy making, planning, regulation and evaluation for the Vermont health care system. Responds to requests for analyses and reporting from the administration, state legislature, the health care and insurance industries, the press, advocacy groups, and the public at-large. Supervision is exercised over professional employees, including health care policy analysts and program management specialist positions. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Executive Director of the GMCB.

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years or more of experience in data collection and processing, database management, statistical analysis, narrative reporting, or information system design work at a professional level.
OR
Master's degree AND two (2) years or more of experience in data collection and processing, database management, statistical analysis, narrative reporting, or information system design work at a professional level.
OR
Six (6) years or more of experience in data collection and processing, database management, statistical analysis, narrative reporting, or information system design work at a professional level.
