	Department seeks to outsource data collection for the Comprehensive Hospital Abstract Reporting System (CHARS). The CHARS project requires a currently operational, fully-integrated, and highly configurable,vendor built and hosted solution to allow hospitals that are licensed by the Department to submit abstract reporting data based on previously established standards. The solution must also allow different end users the ability to review data and correct records.
