Do you have experience providing strategic-level guidance on understanding how data collection and usage, and the associated risks, all factor into an organization's data-to day business operations? Do you have experience interpreting a range of legal, regulatory, contractual, and other factors that impact data and information and the organization's risk management strategy? The Utah Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Utah Department of Health (UDOH) seek you as the Director of Information Privacy and Security. You will act in close coordination with all DHS and UDOH programs to manage and implement the information privacy and security programs that will soon be combined into the Department of Health and Human Services in July 2022.
