The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from eligible firms for a Lead Organization (LO) to coordinate, administer, manage, and operate the state of Washington’s All Payer Claims Database (WA-APCD). The LO will be the prime contractor and will subcontract with one or more Data Vendor(s) and a web services vendor. HCA intends to award one (1) contract to a LO who will secure all required services for the WAAPCD.
