NAHDO 2020 Call for Nominations

Elliot M. Stone Award of Excellence in Health Data Leadership

The National Association of Health Data Organizations (NAHDO) is soliciting nominations for the 2020 Elliot M. Stone Award of Excellence in Health Data Leadership. This distinguished award will be presented in connection with NAHDO’s 35th Annual Conference in August 2020. 

  • Nominations must include the following information:
  • Proposed recipient’s name, affiliation and contact information 
  • Nominator’s name affiliation and contact information
  • A justification explaining why the proposed recipient should receive this honor, not to exceed one page, double spaced.
  • Optionally, you may include a bio sketch, resume or curriculum vitae.

Nominations should be sent by e-mail to info@nahdo.org by July 10, 2020. We will notify all nominators of the review committee’s decision.

Innovation in Data Dissemination Award 

The National Association of Health Data Organizations (NAHDO) is soliciting nominations for the 2020 Innovation in Data Dissemination Award.  This distinguished award will be presented in connection with NAHDO’s 35th Annual Conference in August 2020.

Eligible organizations may be government agencies, non-profit organizations, or for-profit companies, and data dissemination efforts might include websites, advertising campaigns, written reports, or a combination of these and other communication initiatives.

  • Nominations must include the following information:
  • Proposed recipient’s name, website address, and contact information for a director or executive. 
  • Nominator’s name affiliation and contact information
  • A justification explaining why the proposed recipient should receive this honor, not to exceed one page, double spaced.

Nominations should be sent by e-mail to info@nahdo.org  by July 10, 2020.  We will notify all nominators of the review committee’s decision.
