Quality Workgroup

The Quality Reporting Workgroup (QRW) was formed in 2005 in response to numerous requests for technical assistance regarding quality measurement initiatives. The QRW consists of members from NAHDO staff, state representatives, hospital associations, business coalitions, private data organizations, vendors and consultants. The group is charged with facilitating cross-state exchange of quality reporting initiatives, assisting states implement such intitiatives, and responding to emerging demands for new measures. Funded with a three-year Robert Wood Johnson Foundation grant beginning 2005, this group communicates through a listserve to share questions, concerns, best practices, lessons learned, and methodologies used in quality reporting.  In addition, regular conference calls are conducted on 2nd or 3rd Thursdays of the month.  The group has had regular conference calls since July of 2005. The group also had an in-person workshop on issues of relevance in Washington D.C., proceedings of which have been compiled and published.

This Portion of the NAHDO website is sponsored in part by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
