    data collection

     looking for a vendor that would release state data sets rather than collecting thru each state.  Spedfically looking for NC, IL, and TX.

    inpatient hsopital records  much like Medpar only need all payor data.  so need px and DX info and cost/ charge

     Are you aware of the HCUP State Inpatient Data sets (SID), which are state patient level data sets mapped into a national uniform format (losing some local granularity) and, for limited statistics, the HCUPnet?

     NAHDO can refer you directly to the state agencies maintaining the data.
