Disparities Toolkit for Collecting Patient Race, Ethnicity, and Primary Language Data

Dear National Advisory Panel and Consortium Members:

Version 2.0 of the Disparities Toolkit for Collecting Patient Race, Ethnicity, and Primary Language Data is now available! As you can see (instructions for logging in are below), the Toolkit has an updated look, is more streamlined, easier to navigate, and contains new and updated material. We believe it will serve as a great resource to the field as hospitals and health systems focus on reducing disparities and improving quality of care for their patients.

I want to thank you for your commitment to this work and for all your wonderful insights and recommendations. As I reflect back on our first National Advisory Panel meeting, I'm very proud of the strides we have made and the impact our work has had in the field to improve quality of care for all populations and reduce disparities in health care.

I'd appreciate it if you could help get the word out about the new and improved Toolkit through your websites or newsletters. Again, thank you for your service as National Advisory Panel and Consortium members.  I look forward to working with you more in the future.

    Sincerely,
